Welcome to our course on Human Factors in healthcare.

This course is designed for all healthcare staff, both clinical and non-clinical. Over the up coming module's, we will explore what Human Factors are and why they are a vital part of improving patient safety and your wellbeing at work.

You will learn how the systems, equipment, processes, and environment you work with can be better designed to support you, your team, and your patients.

This is not another course about 'trying harder' or 'paying more attention'. It is about how we, can learn to work smarter and safer by understanding how people really perform under pressure.
